Primary Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calling efforts and scheduling of follow up meetings with senior sales team

• Strive to provide exceptional customer experience

• Both develop new business and maintain and nurture existing business relationships

• Training rotation in sales, credit, collections, operations, compliance, and documentation

• Maintain advanced understanding of all lease and financing product offerings and effectively communicate the benefits of these products to customers

Requirements

• Energetic business professionals with an eagerness to learn and improve.

• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools

• Willingness to learn from failures and desire to improve

• Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts

• Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities.

• Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to different audiences

• Strong verbal, written communication, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively over the phone

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

 

Recommended:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably from a major in the business field of study)

• Relevant sales experience

• Comfortable making cold calls

• Knowledge of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related inside sales experience
